Phone: NexGen Phone service is available at 111 City Lofts, customers can choose through a variety of different Phone packages that include many calling features and Unlimited Long Distance. Please call 515-369-9000 Option 1 to inquire.

Internet: NexGen provides Internet Service at 4.0Mbps included with the City Lofts Rent Dues. Speed Upgrades are available up to 20Mbps, please call our office to inquire about the speed upgrade option.

DIRECTV: NexGen provides DIRECTV to all residents living at 111 City Lofts. Channel Lineup
